The phone is open from 10am to 6pm on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays & on Saturday morning, but most of our work is outside and we are often away from the office....if we don't answer, please do leave a message*. We will usually get back to you within a couple of hours, definitely within 24 hours.
